Several of our coaches offer private instruction for all levels of tumbling. We also offer private instruction in coed stunting, flying, and private group stunting instruction. Please contact instruction@ultimateathletics.org for more info. Athletes must have a waiver signed in order to participate in private instruction.

Coach Karli is our in-house, certified Pilates instructor. We offer group classes as well as one-on-one private pilates instruction. Class equipment and instruction are held in our separate pilates room to ensure a mindful experience dedicated to your pilates progression!
